With combined experience in excess of 75 years Castlebridge’s leadership team has capabilities and professional networks that are truly complementary. They are united by strongly held beliefs on how businesses should operate, driven by a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients, partners and employees.
James Dunsby
Chief Executive Officer
James is accountable for setting Castlebridge’s purpose, mission and long-term strategy. He also oversees the execution of our client value proposition.
With over 20 years of commercial broking expertise, James most notably founded a specialist brokerage for the medical profession. It rapidly became a market leader, winning significant awards for outstanding customer service and product innovation.
Away from insurance, James is involved in a number of sports; notably football, cricket, golf and horse-racing.
Tim Grant
Managing Director
Tim leads Castlebridge’s operations and manages the team dedicated to delivering our strategic goals. He also oversees our key strategic partnerships, leveraging these industry relationships to secure comprehensive solutions for our clients.
He has extensive financial services leadership experience with several large, successful organisations including Simply Business, Brit Insurance, AIG and Nationwide Building Society. Tim has pioneered commercial insurance digitisation, combining technology with expert advice to create innovative client focused solutions.
Tim has a passion for sports and the outdoors; playing golf, trekking and bouldering and watching his sons play football. He also enjoys cooking for his friends and family.
Gareth Morgan
Director
Gareth Morgan is a shareholder of Castlebridge Risk Solutions and a Chartered Financial Planner at Imperial Chartered, where he also serves as a Director and shareholder. In addition, he is a founding shareholder of the Cornerstone Finance Group.
In a unique position spanning the three businesses, Gareth provides the strategic link and collaborative overlap between them. His extensive network across the professional landscape enables him to bring together expertise, foster strong partnerships, and deliver joined-up solutions for clients with complex financial and insurance risk needs.
Gareth enjoys playing golf and training in the gym.
